Manufacturing In The UK

It may be time to see that the traditional concept of full employment in 'jobs' is not desirable, efficient or productive. It maybe time to see that the traditional concept of 'work' itself needs to be reassessed, and that the concept of 'unemployed' is now, if not ever before, invalid.

"We have to accept that we can produce more with less labour. Instead of continuing to aim at full employment, we should count our blessings and begin to pick the fruits of increased productivity through scientific and technical progress." http://www.globalincome.org/English/Global-Basic-Income.html
